Lied about the desk being purchased and were unapologetic about it

I was told that the desk I was buying was wood with only the back panel being veneer. I came in 3 times to see if it was there and for the price to drop. When they delivered the desk the whole desk was fiberboard except the front doors. After paying $105 delivery ( because the desk was too heavy to deliver at the $45 rate) I called and complained that they had not told me the truth about the desk, and that the delivery company was not part of next to new delivery service (I was not given or told the option that I could hire my own moving people). I spoke to the owner and she admitted that she had lied to me. She banned me from the store because I was twitchy. I asked her in the 10 years I had been shopping there, when had there been another incident (I have 4 chairs, a couch and 2 tables and large hutch) I have previously purchased. She had no proof of this. She did not care. They lied to me and were unapologetic about it. I thought this should be reported. I had asked twice to be sure it was solid wood (Jason). The owner claimed she was there, but when I asked specifics she said it was her sister. She then said " because I am a counselor I should know this). What does my vocation have anything to do with this? An apology and this posted to warn other consumers.
