Nissan of Mission Hills

This is sad you either need to talk to these kids and explain they are lucky to have this job don't ever take anything for granted

I went to Mission Hills Nissan to have my tires looked at because the air was not right this was on Saturday 30th of May the girl was nice said to come back in 1hr they are going on lunch I did she was out to lunch the young guy that was helping was rude and very mean he asked me what did I want I told him what was going on he again said and I said can someone check my tires he said in a rude way she is at lunch and stood there I asked again and said I will wait he said ok go ahead I gave him my keys and said I will wait outside I sat outside for 45min then went back in and said can I have my keys I have to go he said ok I left I then called on Monday June 1st the girl transferred me to the dept the guy that answered asked what do I need I told him I mistakenly said I went on Sunday before I could say anything he said in a loud rude way we are not hoping Sundays and laughed I said Saturday he still was rude I hung up they are so mean at this place I hate it I hate going there we are leasing from this place I may not re lease there again its so sad that so many people are looking for jobs and these people take for granted what they have not right
