Poor customer service!!

Very sick 3 month old Chihuahua puppy, called numerous vets went to 4 emergency clinics before being told to go to stop 11 location. Trying calling while in route, phone rang twice and placed on hold. No one ever spoke a word to tell me to hold. Called 6 times all the same. Arrived to find the door locked, rang bell. A young lady opened the door to tell me I had to take my dog else where. I guess the vet was in surgery. I walked away, I understand surgery what I don't understand is why they do not have enough staff that I have to be sent to 6 different location with a sick dog. I drove from one end of town to another visiting all the vet clinics I was told I had to go to for all the same reason. No Dr. available. Maybe the word emergency needs to be removed in the name. I have used Noah's before never really had a major problem. Today was a major problem. They owe me nothing except my time and gas in which don't matter. When your already upset because your pet is ill, the last thing you need is to be turned away from 5 locations. I did not go to the 6th location she was about to send me to. I did find a emergency vet clinic that was not Noah's. I pulled up and received services. I will never ever visit a Noah's again. I'm sorry but my pet is dear to me and when he is sick I will never play the running game I played today. I would like to think no one else will ever have to go thru what I did today. But we both know that's just not true. I do know I won't. To never put anyone thru what they put me thru.
