Mr. Hairy was rude and racial, and was trying to overcharge me for a room that had roaches and bed bugs.

Mr. Hairy was rude and racial, and was trying to overcharge me for a room that had roaches and bed bugs. I was being discriminated against and when i say something about the room, they told me that they couldn't sell me a room. I was being respectful the whole time. Be more respectful and get better room service as far as cleaning. The guys at the front desk need better manners and attitude. Then there's the bug problem.
