Every time I go into this place they are rude

Every time I go into this place they are rude to me because this attitude and they look like they are willing to not help me like they don't want to help me I always get turned away never get my questions answered I feel like it is a discrimination thing when it came to my insurance they said well your insurance isn't basically good enough which is why I put on the wait list didn't say that knows exact words but that's the way I felt about that situation it's unfair every time I go here these girls give me the worst attitude ever I've had such a bad experience I've had to wait 2 months for my glasses they are just flat out rude. Once I stated I had asthma and had anxiety and the lady said that I could not be seen without wearing a mask I understand the math situation but she was willing to cancel my appointment and put me back on the waiting list when I was there right on time. I wasn't technology people that are less fortunate and treat people all the same whether their insurance isn't good enough or not or whether the way they look or the way they dress is a certain way they should treat everybody equally I don't know why this keeps happening to me everywhere I go but it's unfair uncalled for I end up leaving crying I don't understand
