Obviously there is a major issue in office enough have had to raise hell in there to make it a sign issue.

I was asking about a bill issue and we both rude but to threaten a customer that's paid up to cut there water off cause you want to. Is not right. This has been a issue with multiple people having issues with the workers. Only company I ever seen have a warning you will be put out the office if rude or bad language. Obviously there is a major issue in office enough have had to raise hell in there to make it a sign issue. You don't threaten a customer with cutoff cause you don't like their attitude. Office needs a major change. That's not how to talk to someone and threaten them. Paid n full or late bill. Cant turn off service because u want to.
