Black mold neglects in residents care, left so long that residents soil themselves, left in halls not changed for long periods of time, not answering the call lights for 20 or 30 minutes, leaving urine on floor in bathrooms, leaving soiled depends in trash cans causing the room to smell. I could say a lot more. I have journals of people not taken to hospitals when they have a major fall. Check on the condition of all rooms and residents.
