Start acting like the patient matters, that their health matters.

The facility has drs that writes a prescription for medicine but doesn't schedule a follow up in a couple of weeks they didn't schedule a follow up for 3 months. When I'm sick I call they tell me go to the ER. The ER says follow up with your primary in 3-5 days but can't see my primary for 3 months. They make no effort for the ppl who needs to see the Dr and is an established patient. The Dr I'm referring too is Dr lwin. I missed my appointment march 15 2023 due to having gallbladder surgery march 10 2023. I couldn't get anyone on the phone so I went up to the clinic in person to see a Dr or to get an appointment and I informed them I just had surgery but still couldn't get me an appointment until June 12 2023. That's when she prescribed me a medicine that doesn't work and told her it doesn't work for me, but didn't schedule a follow up until September 20 2023. What if I had a reaction taking it with my other medicine? The ER staff knows me by name cause I can't get an appointment with primary or any other Dr at the clinic. I see so many legal problems rt there. Do follow up visits within appropriate time when prescribing medicine. Allow follow up appointments after an ER visit. The Dr needs to address the patients needs or concerns. Dr should listen to what the patient is saying.
