Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. It took months for company to pay out claim.

Company was in process of trimming my tree when the crew dropped a large branch damaging my steel fence. At first the company ignored my complaint, however after the forth time of emailing the owner he finally told me he would pay me for damages. Again it took a month to finally get paid. I am disgusted and disappointed with this company. If you have a comments and complaints section warn other customers of company.
