Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Horrible experience! I was ti Old I would look beautiful after receiving my dental implants teeth.it was HORRIBLE SHE DR. KOUR DIDN'T CARE THAT SHE MADE ME LOOK LIKE A HORSE! I'M DISGUSTED! I RECEIVED 20,450 DOLLARS FROM A GREAT..... CHARITY. I TOLD HER I DON'T LIKE THESE TEETH AND SHE BASICALLY SAID THERE'S NOTHING ELSE SHE COULD DO!!!! WHAT!!!..SHE IS WRONG TO LEAVE ME LOOKING LIKE THIS AND UNHAPPY. EVERYONE LAUGHS AT ME BECAUSE THEY SAID ALL THAT MONEY AND DR. KOUR MADE YOU LOOK LIKE MR.. ED! I'M SUING!!! SHE WILL NOT.... EVEN HELP TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AFTER ALL THE EFFORT I PUT IN GETTING MY GRANT. HOW DARE SHE. PLEASE JUST GIVE A PARTIAL REFUND TO MY NEW EXPERIANCE DENTIST TO RESOLVE.
