Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. That either he gets more training in pull his Real Estate License, until he first prove that he can make a difference in his company Nova Home Loans.

Trevor Streng who was my loan officer in he put his company in a bad reputation for his failure of doing his job well. A lot of stress and strain on my wife is I. He's terrible at what he gets paid to do. And, I am a disabled veteran and my wife a first responder.
