Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Money well spent.

The work and the follow-through was quite superior C.S. They found things I didn't even know needed repair; however, it was much to my advantage to take care of the problem early. I had raccoons on my roof who punched a hole in it and soiled and deteriorated it. I didn't even know I had a problem, but they fixed it before it escalated into a real serious problem. They laid pavers in our backyard and it doesn't only look three times as large, it has changed our quality of life. My husband has fallen ill and is bedridden and everyday he goes out into the backyard. It was a wonderful experience working with them. I would absolutely recommend them.
