Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Provider referred me to Ortho Carolina for x-rays and treatment pain in shoulders and elbows. After appointment I was prescribed meds for 6 days but a Dr Jonathan Yoder at Ortho Carolina never called or readout about how I did on the meds or had a treatment plan despite me requesting to discuss. I then called referring Provider at Oak Street Health to complain and ask them to intervene and assist with reaching out yo the Dr at Ortho Carolina and also come up with pain meds and treatment plan. I was told that the Dr at Oak Street Health would get back with me by end of business that day at 5pm. It is 5:45 today and they closed without reaching out to me even after I called again prior to close of business and again was told the Provider would be in touch before 5pm the close of business. Very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. Resolution Sought Contact The Dr they referred me to as well as contact me with a treatment plan to address my pain and health concerns
