Deceptive Sales

This company claims to only be invoicing for another company; however the name and number of the company they may provide you does not exist. When speaking with the customer service rep, he almost slipped and referred to having to check with his dad. They tricked one of our employees out of their name and started shipping toner at 5 times the going rate. They rely on invoices slipping right through the system and it works when you are a large corporation. A little checking and you will find the BCA does not list them, which indicates they are a shell company. Further checking you will see the address is actually a drop box type address
