This hotel charges your credit card then try's to ignore your complaints this is a dishonest hotel

This hotel is not honest they refuse to check there records and see that they over charged me and ran my credit card for charges that were already paid and double charge me for a parking Pass that 1st they say was lost then they found it The owner just kept replying that i agreed in his document but no where in my paper work do i agree that you can just keep running my card because y'all just want to without double checking your records and i believe I'm not the only person this has happen to I'm just the only one that is not going allowing it
