Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Mark was Great

I spent a great deal of time researching brokers for a refi. I had a wonderful experience with Mark Metcalf from OC Equity. He was friendly and very accommodating in regards to email conversations and fighting to get us the best rate possible for a refi. We ended up cancelling our potential application due to the bank that was purchasing our loan. GOOD LUCK MARK IN FUTURE LOANS. YOU WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!
