I have been trying to report a claim for 3 weeks now. I was hit by one of their policy holders. They keep telling me their system is down. This is getting so frustrated. I called again this past Monday 4/1 and told me I would get a call back in 24 hours. Today is 4/4 Thursday and still no call back. I want my car fixed Resolution Sought File my claim, call me back so I can get my car fixed.

This company has sent out 3 checks the first was made out to me and car lot which shouldn't have been done. The second one was getting here late so I contacted them on 2-26-24 we agreed i would wait one more day so Tuesday 2-27-24 i received a text saying they voided that check and reissued so Wednesday 2-28-24 the Second on showed up but it was too late .So the third check they sent out on 2-27-24 i haven't received and today 3-27-24 the check still hasn't showed up. Now they have a maintenance issue their system has been down since 3-17-24 so i continue to call every day with no results my car has been sitting at the auto body shop since 2-6-24 the work has been completed since 2-8-24.Until they get their money i can't get my car. They have no answers to as when their system will up and running at this point something elses needs to be done they have thousands of customers in limbo waiting on them to get back up and running. I asked what other measurements will be done if they cant get their system up and running and no one has any answers. I have been very patient i have missed dr appointments, i have a disability so hard for me to walk to the bus stop and catch the street bus which i have to do. My husband has had to catch a lyft to and from work since 2-6-24 until this very day 3-27-24 which has resulted in him having to spend well over $500 not including the place i have to catch a lyft too.All i want is some answers and they could at least communicate better. Resolution Sought Contact the company to see what's going on and what are they going to do for the customers if they can't get their system up and running.
