Sold a car that has electric problems and transmission problems and will not refund my down payment. I only had the car for 2 months. Please do not go to them for any car. Resolution Sought Refund my down payment

Thank you for bringing this to our attention: We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns. You purchased your car on 3/28/2024 you first contact us with concerns on 5/28/2024. We directed you to our warranty department which started a claim for you and provided several shops you could take the car to. You did not visit any of the shops. You then returned the car to us on 5/31/2024. We are unable to refund any money.

Consumer states; I still would like to move forward with the complaint. The company financed me a bad car. The car had a lot of problems. I am trying to get a refund and they will not refund my down payment. A refund of my down payment. I would not rate the company at all. The company doesn't deserve a star.

As stated above we provided you with options, but you chose to return the car. The loan was financed we are unable to return any money to you .

You will not get another payment from me. Car was traded in last Saturday. Besides overpricing cars that will be left with a deficiency balance. I will be reporting you and ok carz for the deceit. You guys sell cars to people with the false hope of being able to trade in car with no problems within a year and having no deficiencies left. This was all a lie. I would suggest you guys start appraising this collateral with ok carz. Besides mileage carz are rough. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my situation . You guys can do what you want with that info . Not one of my references or myself will be answering your calls or making any additional payments . Thank god I have been able to part ways with you scammers Resolution Sought Be reimbursed for the deficiency that was promised I would not have to pay.

That’s a lie you have all my updated information. But for some reason you guys are sticking to your story . My information has been current for a year and I received the call from your number and it was a missed call. This is ridiculous The most horrible service ever
