Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Just want people to know don't hire them, you'll be worse off than you were!!

Two years ago we had a hot water leak that required ripping out of carpet and kitchen/ wash room flooring. Because I never liked the kitchen floor decided to replace it with local company this week. The flooring man can and asked why the flooring was warped, upon investigation the Restoration company had left three layers of flooring and plastic to cover it up under the laminate flooring causing it to be wet and warp. We would not have these people back on the place but neither should anyone else have to experience this. Now mold and wet having to dry out and treat before we can put down another floor! Just want people to know don't hire them, you'll be worse off than you were!!! That no one else have to experience this. We had black mold could have become detrimental to our health!
