Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I would like to see the manger and server removed from your restaurant before this happens to another family.

On Saturday October 8th, my family took me out for my birthday after waiting for almost an hour we were taking to a table that had food in the chair's a and food and napkins in the floor around the table. The hostess apologized and offered free appetizers. When the food was brought out by a female server very unfriendly she asked my granddaughter if she wanted cheese she said yes. The put a server put a small amount when she asked for more the server said girl I put cheese on. My granddaughter said to me she is not my friend to be talking to me that way. At that time the server said f*** you. We asked our waitress to speak to a manger. When the manger came she was told what happened. She left to talk with her server. When she returned she brought two male staff and said we threaten her server. She said she would give us boxes to pack our food and a discount. I have never been so humiliated, disrespected and made to feel like I was lying in all my 67 years of living, my total birthday was ruined. Manger was Susan Appell.
