I just want you to warn other people, so they do not have to endure the same nightmare I went through.

I resided in Oliveira Mobile Home Park for 17 years. I owned my Mobile Home and rented the space around my Mobile Home. I was continuously harassed, bullied, threatened, stalked, screamed at by Regina. The owner of the Mobile Home Park. After I complained I was evicted on the pretense that I acquired another dog after owning one for 17 years. Regina Oliveira has control issues. I have witnessed a pattern of her abuse toward other people. She has forced many people out of their homes. Recently a disabled couple. A contractor told me he use to live in the Park and was forced out. She forced a elderly woman out in 2001 of a cottage that she rented, so her son John could live in the cottage. She shut off the water supply to Mr. Arnold's mobile home, clearly a violation of his rights. She told Ms. West initially she could not sell her mobile home. She has a tendency to get into your business, use you and ultimately forces you out because she does not like you. She is very territorial and threatens you constantly that you are on her land and uses your very security of owning a home on her land against you. I always paid my rent on time. In the history of landlords, renting and leasing property she ranks as the worst landlord. She is unscrupulous, dishonest and unethical. She seems not to be accountable to anyone. She been getting away with her actions for a long time. I suffered heavy financial losses from being forced out of my mobile home
