They need to change their policy, they do not like giving back money!

I purchased a pair of sneakers on 9/1/2019. When I got home to show the sneakers to my mother, the right sneaker had a hole in the front of the right sneaker. I returned to the store the next morning and asked for my card to be credited. They had no sneakers in my daughter size. I was told no refunds. I explained to them the merchandise was damaged and I didn't know. After, going back and forth he decided to credit my discover card. I believe when customers patronize your business they should be treated with respect.
