Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. FreeJet

I have been using my Freejet TX for 2 years now and all along the way Omniprint has been a great. When I do have issues or my printer is down, I get it quickly resolved with their tech support.
