Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. More about money than saving lives or treating people right

My wife passed away and was an organ donor. These people treated me and my family horribly in order to get what they wanted. The worst is they did it in the name of helping people and "not for profit" yet the management at this "foundation" makes millions of dollars in salaries and they hide "costs of procurement" which is really profit. Don't donate. Don't sign up for organ donation with the CA DMV. If you have, cancel it. Tell your friends and family to do the same.
