Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Terrific Service

My girlfriend referred me to One Stop because they did her divorce and she was happy with their work. From the start – Mike told me how much it would cost and the price didn’t change. I wanted full-service because I was tired of dealing with my Ex and the Court clerks. They got my divorce done and made it as uncomplicated as possible. I will definitely use them again.
