Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Steven Leahy is excellent and has done everything that I desire him to do. All expectations were fulfilled beyond what I thought. He is well-informed, friendly and very thorough. He gives you all the information you so desire. He answers my calls promptly. I have used him for roughly 3-4 years. I cannot say anything bad about him.
