Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Be fined for unfair business practices!

I was initially contacted by a man named Daniel with open door and offered $200, 000. Market value for my house, which was amended immediately to reflect OD 5 Nd $16'000 for repairs. With left $170,00]. Minus what I owed $52000. Should have noted me 128,000. Well after misc feed and other unexplainable deductions they presented me with 113, 500 net yesterday. I was upset and refused to sign. I changed my mind and today it was changed to $12,800 over night. I take care of my 90 disabled father in Corpus Christi and it has been difficult for me to travel back and forth to SA to deal with what OD needed for owing. They knew this and took advantage. I am also a disabled veteran. They are a very unethical and dishonest business! Hope they don't get to screw other people this way!
