Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent cable company!

Opti-Comm Technologies, Inc. provided cabling services for me. All expectations were met, Daniel Lazo provided outstanding service. He was very prompt (early) and double checked all his work. Excellent cable company, excellent knowledge, on time and within budget. I have worked with Daniel for over 15 years and he has always solved some very complex problems for us.
