I used to love the office of the dentist Orien in frandor of Lansing Michigan

I used to love the office of the dentist Orien in frandor of Lansing Michigan. 2 years ago they got a new secretary I have called every year she has been very rude to me this is the 2nd year and she said well since you were gonna call the Better Business Bureau on us we will no longer deal with you at all. I thought I had one appointment this not November and I was going to pay cash to have my teeth cleaned. This Kimberly who is running this office for the last 2 years I have heard has turned away and been very rude to many many people I think you need to follow through with this business. And the 2 girls that were dismissed 2 years ago were I think really held it together and I had went there for a long time and so had several of my friends. Please Follow through I even tried to come back for and pay cash and she told me I'm not allowed. Kimberly in this office has really brought the office down please follow up on this.....God-bless you and thank you for taking the time to listen concerns citizen.
