BCA's Summary and Analysis:

We have received a significant number of complaints against this company. In at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious.~~Complainants allege deceptive sales practices false advertising poor quality merchandise and inability to return merchandise for a refund. Some customers complain they receive telemarketing calls from the company soliciting them to purchase bulk quantities of merchandise to start their own business. The customers are convinced when placing orders that the merchandise is brand name high end merchandise. These complainants report that merchandise quality is poor they do not receive the quantity they purchased and they are unable to resell the merchandise. When attempting to arrange returns of the unwanted merchandise the company reportedly threatens customers with arrest by local authorities lawsuits property liens or requires the purchase of additional merchandise in order to be eligible for a refund on the first order.~~In other cases complainants report they purchase expensive gold jewelry from the company which allegedly is not made of gold or has been appraised as worthless. Other customers complain that handbags or perfumes which are advertised as high quality designer merchandise are poor quality knock off replicas. Most complainants allege threats of arrest lawsuits property liens and collections are commonly used to defer refund requests.
