Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Make the instruction guide easier to get to prior to purchase

When you buy the product the directions and other info are inside a taped on guide. This does not allow the consumer to find out information on the product before purchase ie. mixing directions, amount to use, safety precautions and the like. If you try to open the guide it usually is hard to try and close and store employees ask you what you are doing. The product information should be easier to get to prior to purchase. I have bought some that tell you after purchase to use 7oz per 3 gal. Water. Recently purchased a 1 gallon container that said to mix 24oz per 3 gals of water seems unfair to the consumer to find out these things after purchase.
