Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I just want people to know to reach out to their health insurance provider and double check when this company tells them they were denied

They told me they contacted my health insurance for funds for a bone stimulator I needed post surgery when they didn't. They told me I was denied and tried getting me to pay cash for it. Then when I said I'll find one off of fb market place, which I did for 50$ Then they reached out to them and got approval after I didn't fall victim to their scam. Then they called me back saying I was approved 3 weeks later. I would have sat without a. One stimulator if I didn't try to find my own. They tried scamming me to not have to deal with the insurance.
