Complainants allege this company is affiliated with National Audit Defense Network (NADN), who contacts them offering a tax shelter by opening a home-based internet business. Complainants allege the company does not provide the website as per the contract and the tax shelters cannot be used as promised. Others allege verbal promises regarding payment of the contracts or cancellation requests are not honored. One complainant attempted to cancel the contract, and was referred back and forth between NADN and Oryan Management, each claiming they were not the responsible party for issuing a refund. The company responded to one complaint by indicating they forwarded the consumer's request for a refund to National Audit Defense Network and a refund is in process. One complainant notified the Bureau that the complaint has been satisfied, but failed to provide details of how the company satisfied the complaint. Most complaints remain unanswered.
