Oyo Hotel

Not a good place to stay.

We checked into the hotel after a brief review of the room by the acting manager, the room was dark at the time of the review of the room so I couldn't tell that there was no phone and that the television didn't work nor did the bedside lamp. My wife went to the office after we discovered the noted problems to see if they could be taken care of or if we could be refunded some of our money, we had also requested a wake up call but how would this happen if there was no phone in the room, they told us that regular phones were obsolete and that you had to use your cell phone. The acting manager, had a very nasty attitude with my wife and said there would be no refund and that he could not come to the room to see about the problems that were noted as he was on a business call and this was reported by the general manager to not be true and that we were entitle to some form of refund. Later that night, the general manager, Debra came to the room and she attempted to take care of the noted problems, but she was not able to, so she sent a male worker to the room who was able to take care of most of the noted problems, both of them were very nice and Debra attempted to get half of the money refunded. The acting manager only refunded us $10.00 for all of our troubles and he never said he was sorry for the inconvenience. People to be aware of the acting manager as he is a real jerk and that people were in the parking lot smoking dope and doing other bad things.
