The lady there was rude I had a paid for reservation the over booked

I booked paid for a room in advance myself and three other customers were told they over booked and we had to Call a number to get a refund so I did after waiting on hold I was told they had to call the hotel then she refused to answer the phone I had to put Priceline on my speaker phone to get her to talk to them. While I was waiting on hold a young man came up with cash and got a room. It probably saved me from getting bedbugs because the place was nasty ion the lobby this rooms had to be worse. Stay Away this place also looked like a place for criminals. I have never seen such horrible conditions
