You are a great nursing home but you need to random drug test your staff because high workers equals resident neglect.

Ok I just want to say I love your nursing home and I always come in on the evening shift to see my loved one. Well a couple times I have came in and smelled marijuana all through the halls and I believe to take proper care of your residents your workers should be drug free. What really concerned me is I heard one of your workers trying to sell pills to other employees and that is unacceptable in my eyes. You are a great nursing home but you need to random drug test your staff because high workers equals resident neglect. This is also the reason I am not stating my name because I won't have my loved one treated differently by your employees because I voiced a concern. Please drug test and keep residents safe this is not something families want to see and have to deal with its already hard enough putting your loved one in a home like this, thank you for listening and I truly hope you do something about this problem because I don't feel my loved one is safe in this home. Thanks for your time. For the record this nonsense happened on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Random drug test I know you say you do but it isn't rewritten enough and don't allow prescription medication to be sold it probably was not even hers knowing people these days. I just want my loved one safe and properly cared for, I don't believe that is to much to ask
