Unethical behavior!

I have been coming to Pacesetters for over a year and a half on a relatively frequent basis, and have been disappointed to witness incessant issues which plague this temporary agency. The first problem I would like to note is the lack of cleanliness. There is often no soap or toilet paper in the singular, unisex restroom that dozens of workers must share. The vans are dirty, covered with trash and questionable stains. The sign in pads attached to the wall are rarely cleaned. The dispatchers at the agency are unprofessional and biased, selectively chosing/excluding certain workers for no discernable reason. My last week coming to Pacesetters, I was the only one out of all the workers to never be sent out three days in a row, as a dispatcher, Bridgette, refused to do so. Bridgette has also voiced disapproval of me after I brought to her attention a discrepancy with safety in company practices. There's a TV in the room, where movies that are inappropriate for the workplace (i.e. soft pornographic, excessively gory, unnecessary profanity, etc.) are played loudly. Even after complaining about this directly to the dispatchers, they fail to play appropriate and acceptable films, especially Wade. Despite having a long term girlfriend, Wade has often touched and prodded me, and at one point went around telling other male workers that I used to be his girlfriend (which isn't true). Unethical behavior is rooted in the environment of Pacesetters.
