Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unprofessional Company with rude employee.

I was able to get hold of a certain David today, 10/19/16 which introduced himself as the supervisor and the owner. I have not received any previous notices which i believed i should be getting three in a row till they give me the final one which has put me now into the collection. He was very rude upon conversing with me, extremely rude as a matter of fact. i asked several times in our conversation how much are my payables and asked him to send me the actual amount but refuses, and even said a lot of rude, disgusting comments. I am extremely disappointed how your employee spoke to me, and who knows he has been doing that to some of your clients too. I need a serious explanation on this matter, and as of my supposed payable in your company, i would like to have a complete actual summary of it and not the one from your final notice, let me just reiterate that i have not received any collection notices, documents or any of that matter that would raise my awareness about the amount i need to settle.
