Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Unprofessional Company with rude employee.

I was able to get hold of a certain David today, 10/19/16 which introduced himself as the supervisor and the owner. I have not received any previous notices which i believed i should be getting three in a row till they give me the final one which has put me now into the collection. He was very rude upon conversing with me, extremely rude as a matter of fact. i asked several times in our conversation how much are my payables and asked him to send me the actual amount but refuses, and even said a lot of rude, disgusting comments. I am extremely disappointed how your employee spoke to me, and who knows he has been doing that to some of your clients too. I need a serious explanation on this matter, and as of my supposed payable in your company, i would like to have a complete actual summary of it and not the one from your final notice, let me just reiterate that i have not received any collection notices, documents or any of that matter that would raise my awareness about the amount i need to settle.
