Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The worst company ever

Derek Torok! What an a*****e! This has to the most unprofessional Mortgage company in the industry! Derek Torok lying little punk! Never do a mortgage with clowns they will lie to all way till the end of the process, then offer you a higher interest rate and fees. S***bag Derek is the worst Loan officer in the industry! Remember the mortgage implosion? Its happen because d*******s like Derek crooked lender stay far away from these a** clowns!
