Dealing with this business was a horrible experience.

Pacific Towing accepted fraudulent D.M.V registration forms, releasing my vehicle to another person. They also required I obtain unnecessary documents (C.H.P release form and updated registration) giving me the run a round. I was advised by the C.H.P these were not necessary they contacted Pacific Towing and advised my vehicle should have been released. As a result of Pacific Towing unprofessionalism I am now having to move forward with filing a police report for a stolen vehicle. I am requesting the assistance of the Better Bureau to help investigate the conduct of this business as well has preventing this type of situation occur again. I would like an investigation to be done and possibly warned or fined that this type of behavior is not acceptable.
