Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Your level of service is outstanding and I would recommend you to anyone.

You have done excellent work on my walk in cigar humidor and wine cave at my home in Beverly Hills. You originally worked to replace the vino-temp which refrigerates the humidor. That was a few years ago. It has worked flawlessly since then. I will never forget an event which occurred this summer. We had just returned from a two week vacation to discover that the vino temp in the wine cave had stopped working. I called you on Sunday to leave a message for you. I needed to have you at my home the next day. It was hot and I had hundreds of bottles of win at risk. You answered the phone, to my surprise. More amazing is the fact that you came to my house within a few hours to install a temporary refrigerator unit in the wine cave.You saved my wine! You repaired the unit and it was back in place a month later. When there was a problem with it, you promptly returned to my home and put the temporary unit back in place. The original Vino Temp is now re-installed and working fine. I have little doubt that if another problem arises, you will be at my home without delay.
