Horrible customer service

I was recently in an accident which lead up to me having to buy a car. I was looking around and fell in love with the 2017 Chevy volt premier. This car was perfect for me and I was very determined to purchase this vehicle. Everyone I spoke to lead me to believe I was in the clear to purchase this car.I am not a buffalo resident, I am from Rochester New York so I would have to drive about an hour or so to pick this car up. Unfortunately after I drove out to purchase this car; it was already "sold" after communicating our set time to meet that morning with the salesmen. I was never told that the car was being pursued by other buyers. I was set up to meet the salesmen an hour after opening and the car was supposedly already sold. This is a HORRIBLE business and I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this franchise. Please be mindful when purchasing from here. Horrible customer service !!! 0/10
