Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This businesses should be polite.

He was unprofessional about a business arrangement. I tried to explain to him that I have a 501-C3. He wanted a copy of my 990-N post card. I told him I did not want to pay for 15 spots and only 9 showed to paint. He told me I had to pay for 15. I can't do that in good faith. He then told me he was canceling the show. Later he called my home twice but did not wish to talk with me. I have never dealt with painting before so I did not know the rules. I talked with the sponsor and she told me to file a complaint. I called another painting with a twist no problem and did not need my 990-N post card. The students that I wanted to bring a couple are special needs. We deserve better. They should not bully the customers or take unfair acts against the customers by lying making rules on the spot. He now has my tax information. I will watch my accounts for any funny actions with my account Jayess Christian Community Development Association is my company name.
