We have been trying to communicate with Elite Resort Group RE: our contract. We received a notice of default ALMOST 1 year ago and they are still holding us and our credit report hostage. We just want them to finalize the cancellation so that we can move on with our lives and credit repair. Elite is NEVER going to get more money from us. They sooner they realize that and get us off the books, then the better for everyone. Resolution Sought An apology from the CEO or President of the Board and a complete cancellation of our timeshare.

We have been forced to stop paying this company because they refuse to offer any other kind of solution. We have asked for a cancellation or even a settlement but they seem to not want to cooperate. This puts us in a bad position and it is Elite's fault. Resolution Sought A full refund, an apology, and a termination of our agreement and timeshare contract.
