I would like for all the employees and also manager apology to my family for treating us so unfairly.

The employees and also manager are not so polite to elderly people. The manager has call one of the employees not to speak to one customer. I would like for all the employees and also manager apology to my family for treating us so unfairly. Also did not put grocery in a bag had to bag ourselves.
