They need to communicate with the clients who are getting their services including prices and changes.

I paid $35 3 weeks ago for gel fill, gel polish, and non gel toe polish. I returned today for the same service and the nail tech refused to do my polish for my toenails saying the price changed. This is a lie. No price list change or anything on the door or inside the business indicating price change. Another nail tech returns and said today the price is different so I'm like "how"? No one could explain so finally the guy manager said I'm no longer allowed here for my services. I could've got her fired like really? That's ok this business just lost 5 customers. I wish them well. I been doing hair over 20 years I always explain to my clients before doing any services their prices. Communication is a must!
