I believe, that I experienced racism at a all time high at Papermill Pharmacy November 20, 2019. When I entered the Pharmacy, I greeted the workers that were around. I told the pharmacist technician, that I was here to pick up medicine for somebody other then myself. For one they assumed I was a caregiver picking up medicine for my patient which wasn't the case. Secondly I thought the medication was ready for pick up and there wouldn't be a long wait time. After waiting for ahout 20 mins I made a comment about it taking to long. I never said one rude word to them or rushed the workers. I waited for the medication and left the Pharmacy. By the time I got back to my friends house to give her the medication. She told me they called her and told her I was rude as if I would get in trouble because shes my Boss. I believe all that was unnecessary and only happened cause I'm black. I then called the pharmacist to address the situation he got on the phone rudely after hanging up on me multiple times and didn't let me speak and said that I don't need to ever come back to his store and I was rude to his girls. Like the audacity he had to call me rude and I did nothing to him or his workers but pick up my friend medication. I was treated badly for being black. They should be allowed to be run a racist business they dont even have minorities working for them all young aged college students thats family. They should be investigated.
