Choose Another Printing Company, there are so many others better!!

After receiving a recommendation, I tried Park Avenue Imprints, after months of trying to get pricing and a proof to approve I placed an order with them. They dragged their feet but after several phone calls and emails I was told I could come pick up my stuff at 5:00 the evening before my event, but only if I could "hurry up" because they were closing at 5:00. A few of they shirts did not have the girls names embroidered on them, so I did have to return them to get that done, after waiting for three months I inquired about them and I was told sorry "you fell between the cracks" during the holidays because we were so busy. I also placed a second order for more apparel, not only was the logo on the tee shirts printed incorrectly in the wrong area on the shirt, my daughter's hoodie was printed on the wrong color gray. and another hoodie was not embroidered at all with the girls name. After expressing how displeased I was with their service and asking that they correct the errors on the hoodies, and telling them this would be my last visit to them, I was then informed that the owners have decided not to correct the error (that I already paid for) and I could come pick up the hoodies "as is". Then the owner refused to take my phone calls. So go ahead and use them if you want your stuff at the very LAST minute and done half-assed, incorrect and with no compensation and no acknowledgement of their fault, but don't say I didn't warn you....
