product dose not work as they are claiming

My complaint is that this business claims that I will see eye bag results after using their product, but the product dose not work as they are claiming I looked over their web site for a city where they are located support@particleformen.com. And no city is provided as of 1/8/2024 just the support email for refunds On their instagram account which list that comments have been made but when I click on it to say the product isn't working for me I'm not able to comment they system dosent let me ?? So … as of today other need yo know that this particular eye bag cream from this company PARTICLE is a complete miss leading product and dose not give instant deminished results I've been using for a month now I my eyes look the same . I not interested in a money I just want others to know their is a complaint that the eye cream for eye bag could possibly be a non effective product as I hv not seen the results that PARTICLE skin care brand is claiming their product gives. Don't claim instant results for their eye bag cream which dosent work as they claim !!?? and if they are an honest business ? People should be able to comment on their instagram account regardless of the comments . Good or bad people have the right to know if their product are not good and make their own decisions to buy or not buy it ?? *Please do not sell or my personal contact information Thk you John
