Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with this company. The owner, Laurie Camacho, is a bully. I was appalled at the budget she suggested for our party. When I asked to see the invoices she would not show me. When we fired her, she had a temper tantrum and threatened to sue us for "slander and fraud." She must pay YELP because all negative reviews are removed even though they are legitimate. USE another party planner or do it yourself. She is nothing but a headache.
